Children Classes
Creative Movement 18 months - 3 years:
A playful and nurturing first dance class for toddlers and their grown-ups! Through music, simple movement games, and imagination, little ones build coordination, balance, and confidence while having fun. Perfect for introducing your child to the joy of dance in a supportive environment.
Ballet/Tap Combo 3-4 years:
A gentle and joyful introduction to dance! Little ones explore the magic of movement through ballet basics and playful tap rhythms. With imagination, music, and games, children grow confidence, coordination, and creativity in a nurturing space where every dancer shines.
Ballet/Tap Combo 5-6 years:
A fun, upbeat blend of ballet and tap designed to build confidence and creativity. Dancers refine their posture, balance, and rhythm while enjoying engaging music and movement. Every child is encouraged to progress at their own pace
Ballet 7 +:
A welcoming class based on ballet foundations. Students develop posture, balance, and flexibility while learning to move with musicality and expression. This class celebrates progress, effort, and the joy of dance. Various levels will be assessed as dancers start class.
Ballet 10 +
For dancers ready to grow in strength and artistry. Students work on barre, center, and traveling steps while exploring creativity and expression. Each dancer is supported to progress individually in a caring environment. Various levels will be assessed as dancers start class.

Rediscover the joy of movement and grace in this welcoming adult ballet class designed for all levels, from complete beginners to seasoned dancers returning to the barre. Each class focuses on developing strength, flexibility, balance and coordination through traditional ballet technique.
Burn at the Barre:
Burn at the Barre is a ballet-inspired fitness class that combines elements of dance, Pilates and strength training to sculpt and tone the entire body. It focuses on small, controlled movements, high-repetition exercises, and isometric holds to target key muscle groups—especially the core, legs, glutes, and arms. Burn at the Barre is suitable for all fitness levels, with modifications offered throughout the class. Expect a challenging, sweat-inducing session that leaves your muscles shaking—in the best way!
Zumba
Zumba is a high-energy fitness program that combines Latin-inspired music and dance moves to create a fun, full-body workout. It blends elements of salsa, merengue, reggaeton, cumbia, and other international rhythms with aerobic and cardio exercises, making it feel more like a dance party than a traditional workout.
